Conn 28M Alto Saxophone - Original Guard

This model was one of Conn's finest and the attention to detail in its design is astounding.  Designed by Santy Runyon, there are few aspects of the design left untouched.  This sax has the original acrylic keyguard which, while fragile, adds elegance to the horns aesthetic. 

This instrument was overhauled by Sandro Massullo and has seen very little use since.  While it is a collectors piece, it is also gig ready.  The ergonomics are perhaps the most comfortable of any model of Conn. The addition of a third octave key helps it to have even intonation across the entire range.
