For Sale is a Vintage Full Boehm Bb Clarinet Made by Selmer.  This clarinet has every bell and whistle possible giving whoever is playing it incredible freedom.  Keyed to low Eb.  There are many alternate fingerings not available on a regular fingering system, including a left hand Eb key.

The wood is in good shape, comes in the original Selmer Case
