Selmer Mark VI Alto Saxophone - 5 Digit

Serial #98,XXX(1962)

This is a fantastic playing alto.  It has a beautiful, rich sound through out the range and is very resonant.  Its most recent overhaul was done by Emilio Lyons, who painted the pads green as a way to extend their life.  The mechanism is still very tight and the saxophone has been very well looked after.  There is ~50% of the original lacquer remaining.  There are no signs of previous major repair.
